Refund policy

Refunds and returns are offered at the discretion of DRZL Ltd and are not automatically guaranteed unless required by applicable law. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances of the request, the condition of any goods returned, the time elapsed since purchase, and any other relevant factors.

DRZL Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline refund and return requests where permitted by law.

Where a refund or return is approved, any applicable conditions, time limits, return requirements, and processing arrangements will be communicated to the customer at the time of approval.

Exceptions

Refunds or returns may not be available in certain circumstances, including where:

• products have been used, damaged, altered, or are not returned in their original condition;
• the request falls outside any applicable return period;
• the issue arises from misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow provided instructions; or
